Yeah, that’s right, there IS a KFC Croc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s hard to decide on the whole Croc-issue: the holey, bulky plastic shoes are so ugly that they quite quickly became a must-have fashion item for hardcore and daring fashionistas. This style, where finding beauty in the ugly is the coolest thing, celebrates Croc crazy \u2013 and simultaneously subverting the very idea of what is cool. Long story short:<\/p>\n

Croc is the shoe everybody loves to hate.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And when you thought that you can’t push the ugly-Croc game any further, there comes a collab with fast food outlet Kentucky Fried Chicken. Aesthetically, this could be the most haunting item of footwear the world has ever seen. Designed to look like a KFC bargain box and modelled by Dazed 100-er\u00a0MeLoveMeAlot, the Kentucky Fried Crocs are emblazoned with juicy chunks of deep-fried chicken, with the sole painted red and white as per the brand\u2019s signature packaging. Finishing them off are faux chicken leg decorations, and if that weren\u2019t enough, they are scented, too!<\/p>\n

Of course, this is not the first time the humble Croc has found itself at the centre of a hotly contested collaboration, having been reimagined countless times throughout the course of its 18-year history.<\/p>\n

That said, not all Crocs are created equal in their ugliness. From its runway debut at\u00a0\u00a0Christopher Kane\u00a0and its evolution at the hand of\u00a0Kanye West, to its wild transformation into gloves and bags, we show you the best and worst of the bunch. But we warn you: you cannot unsee this!<\/p>\n
