Check out the best street styles from Milan: these looks are anything but ordinary!
From cute patchwork mini skirts to flared cutoffs, showgoers made the most out of the sunny winter day by wearing their favorite designer pieces on Milan Fashion Week. The trends are interesting this season: it seems like the era of black is now pushed back and replaced by colourful, patterned and extravagant items, where elegant lines are mixed with bulky urban skater style clothes.

Snake and leopard skin (faux of course) and boots seem to be the new must-have item for every wardrobe. New is that many boots were seen worn over trousers. The move to dress up rather than down continues with a minimum feature of jeans – unless they are white or cream. Trousers are either wide leg, boot cut or pleated and then tapered at the bottom.
Belted waists remain hot on the trend list but belts are getting slightly wider.

The good news for those that don’t like this look, is that the oversized blazers and suits also continue to be this season’s popular go-to item. And a little advice: while you’re admiring the clothes, don’t sleep on the accessories! From signature sunglasses to stunning jewelry, Milan is giving you all of the extra trinkets (and street style inspiration) that will polish off your outfit.
