Three amazing Hungarian artists show how women, art and fashion cross through stunning, stylish and thouth-provoking artworks. Come and see it for yourself in Fashion Street Gallery!
Under the auspices of the thrilling Budapest Central European Fashion Week, Ar2day Gallery and Fashion Street Gallery opened its most recent exhibition titled Women/Art/Fashion. The exclusive vernissage was held in Deák Palace and was a hub of everything that Fashion Street represents: an evening dedicated to fashion, culture, important social issues and stylish highlife.
As the hostess of the opening ceremony, we were greeted by Fashion Street’s Ambassador, the beautiful and talented actress Andrea Osvárt, who introduced the exhibiting artists and the Fashion Street Gallery.
And the artists are…
Bea Kusovszky: Combining pop art, op-art art and comic art with her own signature style, Bea’s her vibrantly colorful and exciting works would most probably make Mr. Lichtenstein proud!
Naomi Devil: Photorealism and a commitment to fashion are eternal components in Naomi’s work. The detailed, many-faced and surreal visions combine classic techniques with the digital expression palette of the Y-generation.
Boglárka Nagy: Despite her young age, her works were sold in such prestigious auctions as the Sotheby’s in London. Freedom and dolce vita meets with a hint of spiritual travelling; the topics are often interpreted in paraphrases of femininity and fashion in Boglárka’s expressive and vivid works.
The opening ceremony was full of excitement: the latest, Fall/Winter issue of Fashion Street magazine was launched. The ‘Ageless’ issue’s cover star, Hungary’s first top model, Ági Pataki have magically stepped out of the magazine to personally join us for this exclusive event.
In addition to the exhibition, the vernissage welcomed an exclusive collection of Style Avenue jewelery. The European jewelery house features stylish, fashionable and affordable luxury jeweleries created with incredible precision and the signature style of the jeweler.
